As I've onboarded, I've had 3 school visits to STEM or Innovative schools and about 26 conversations with three different groups of stakeholders: folks within FCS, members of the broader Atlanta community and experts in the national STEM and innovation ecosystems. Based on those conversations, I developed a scope and sequence of working meetings with the following outcomes: Oct 16 - Meeting 1: What does innovation and evolution look like in FCS and what is the "why" for our work together?
